I have this newly launched blog called “Pink Gaming Chairs” which is specifically just for Amazon affiliate products and yeah, we’re still on the process of ranking it to search engines and just got couple sales. But anyway, this is going to be just a guide, like a step by step process, so no big deal, right?
I will maybe just update this article soon as we figured out the best ways and strategies on how to promote amazon affiliate products as a Filipino.
Okay, so let’s dive right into it…
What is Amazon Affiliate Program?
Amazon affiliate program, also known as Amazon associates, is a program that will allow you to promote any products that Amazon have on their website using your unique affiliate or referral link, and get paid a percentage of commission every time someone buys an item within 24 hours after they have clicked your affiliate link.
Amazon has this standard 24-hour cookie period that will enable you to still earn a commission, as long as your referred customer didn’t clear out their browsing history (cookies) and buy any items within 24 hours after they have clicked any of your affiliate links.
You probably know this already, but yeah, just in case… Also, if you don’t have any background about affiliate marketing yet, I have a detailed blog post about affiliate marketing in the Philippines.
Amazon is the most popular eCommerce in the United States that makes Jeff Bezos became the richest man on the planet. Yeah, that’s right, the United States is the primary market of Amazon and that’s kinda sad news for us offshore-marketers because that means we really have to have a massive skills to make sales…
No worries, just like what I have mentioned above, we are currently on a case study with a good business partner of mine. And once we figured those best strategies, I will surely share it with you guys here.

And as a Filipino, that’s a huge thing that I always consider, earning dollars and spend it to peso (you know what I’m talking about). It’s going to be the same skills and work if you would also consider doing affiliate marketing locally, like Shopee affiliate program, so choose USD😊
