I have a Shopee dropshipping store and my supplier is Dropify. I have been with them for almost a year now, and in this article, I’m going to try and answer all your questions about Dropify and give my honest review as one of their long-time subscribed clients.
I’m also going to share some tips based on my personal experience with Dropify, which enables me to earn passive income every month. So make sure to read this whole entire article.
What is Dropify?
Dropify is a local dropshipping supplier in the Philippines. It is an eCommerce platform where product suppliers can submit their items and make them available for sale to small eCommerce business owners known as Dropshippers.
Dropify handles all product inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment, so as a supplier, all you need to do is store your products in their warehouses, or promote them as a Dropshipper, and they will take care of the rest.
Undoubtedly, most of you are here because you want to start a dropshipping business, and when searching for local dropshipping suppliers in the Philippines, Dropify is one of the top results that appear. So, let’s concentrate on the dropshipping aspect of Dropify.
Dropify As A Dropshipping Supplier
Selecting your dropshipping supplier is a crucial factor in determining the future success of your dropshipping business. In the Philippines’ eCommerce landscape, online shoppers are accustomed to using “cash on delivery (COD)” as a payment method, and a faster delivery time frame can provide a significant advantage.
Dropify was founded 3 years ago with the objective of providing solutions for all Filipino dropshippers, including cash on delivery, faster shipping time frames, and access to thousands of products for dropshippers to sell. Please watch the video below:

Why Choose Dropify?
Undoubtedly, you’re aware that there are other potential dropshipping suppliers out there, but why should you choose Dropify instead?
- Thousands of Products Available to Sell: Dropify not only manages its own products, but they are also open to suppliers who want to list its products as available for dropshippers to sell. This provides dropshippers with access to thousands of products.
- Faster Shipping Timeframe: Dropify has multiple local warehouses, which means that even if their suppliers are from countries like China, they store product inventories within the Philippines. This enables them to ship products quickly, as customers would prefer.
- Cash on Delivery Payment Method: Offering cash on delivery in the Philippines is a significant advantage, as the majority of Filipino online shoppers prefer this payment method. With Dropify, COD is available, and all you really have to do is master the skill of marketing dropshipping products from Dropify.
- Dropify Is An Established Company: Dropify has been in operation for three years (as of the time of writing this article) and has managed hundreds of successful dropshipping stores (dropshippers) within just the past few years. Additionally, they offer excellent customer support and even have a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and receive tips from experienced Dropify dropshippers.
How To Start Dropshipping Business With Dropify?
I hope that after reading the details and watching the video above, you are convinced that Dropify is a great choice as your dropshipping supplier. As mentioned previously, I have been with them for almost a year now and have earned decent profits from my Shopee dropshipping store with their help.
In this section, I will guide you through the step-by-step process of starting a local dropshipping business in the Philippines with Dropify as your supplier.
1. Choosing Your Dropshipping Platform
Dropify enables you to easily dropship on popular local eCommerce platforms in the Philippines such as Shopee and Lazada. They also provide an option for dropshippers to sell products on TikTok, and if you want to host your own online store like on Shopify, they offer seamless integration to automate the fulfillment and other processes.
The advantage of dropshipping on top eCommerce websites in the Philippines, such as Shopee or Lazada, is that they already have millions of shoppers. This means you can get free market exposure and potentially acquire customers without spending on marketing. However, I would still recommend utilizing the advertisement features offered by these eCommerce platforms to build your store’s credibility which only happens when you start receiving orders and feedback or reviews from customers.
Selling on TikTok, on the other hand, could be a huge advantage if you have a talent for creating TikTok videos of your product. You can also participate in TikTok affiliate programs, but this would involve giving a percentage of your profit (e.g., 5%).
If you want to potentially scale your dropshipping business and establish your own eCommerce brand, I suggest starting with Shopify. This will give you more options to scale your marketing efforts and have complete control over your customer’s data, which can be used for remarketing and other purposes.
2. Create Your Dropify Account
Once you have decided which platform to use, it is time to create your Dropify account. After creating an account, you will be able to explore how the platform works, view catalogs and payment methods, and proceed to select the products you want to sell or the catalog you want to subscribe to. You will also need to submit the required documents such as proof of identity and your preferred store name.
Dropify will create a store for you using your preferred store name, and upload all the products included in the catalog you choose to subscribe to. All uploaded products are already marked up, which means you no longer need to edit the prices to earn profits. However, if you want to earn more, you also have the option to adjust the prices of the products.
Within 3 to 7 business days, they will send you the login details of your store, including guidelines on dos and don’ts or best practices you can use for your Dropify dropshipping store. Once you make a sale, all the data will be available inside your Dropify account, including the profits you made. You can request a payout every week, and the funds will be sent straight to your preferred payment method.
If you have questions, you can ask Dropify’s customer support team through their Facebook page. However, make sure to create a Dropify account first before seeking help.
By the way, you can use the code ‘yhongl_dropify‘ on the checkout form of your catalog subscription, and it will give you a 10% discount on your subscription fee.
3. Optimize Your Dropshipping Store
Having great products doesn’t matter if you’re not making any sales. Therefore, it’s important to take action on whatever is necessary to generate sales and profits. The methods to optimize sales depend on the platform you choose, and the good news is that each platform offers free resources to help you learn. You can even learn by watching free YouTube video tutorials.
I’ll use the “Shopee dropshipping” as an example to demonstrate how to optimize since that’s where I have my own dropshipping store and personally have experience with it. Optimization involves taking action and implementing strategies that have been proven to be effective. Below are the best practices you can implement to optimize your Shopee dropshipping store:
1. Your Product Images
The appearance of our products on marketplace listings is a crucial factor in converting potential customers into actual customers. This includes having high-quality images that effectively convey the value of our products and attract customers to make a purchase. The good news is that you can easily edit your product images using a popular tool called Canva, which I personally use for editing my own product images.
2. Search Engine Optimization
Shopee (or Lazada) has its own built-in search system. The majority of shoppers search for products before making a purchase, so it’s crucial that our product listing appears among the top search results in order to generate sales organically.
The best practice is to perform keyword research within Shopee. You can easily do this by entering your product name or keyword in Shopee’s search bar, which will provide keyword ideas (phrases) that many people are using when they’re searching for the particular type of product you want to rank for in search results.
After listing all the relevant keywords for your product, add them to your product title and description in a creative and readable manner. You cannot simply copy and paste them, as Shopee has rules on how to create titles and product descriptions for your products.
3. Use Shopee's Advertising
One factor that helps your product listing rank organically at the top of search results is your store’s credibility, which is determined by the number of orders and positive (5-star) reviews your products receive. You can only get good feedback from customers if they order your products. To address this, run a Shopee advertising campaign (such as search ads) to generate orders and good reviews, and work your way up from there.
Conclusion And Recommendation!
Dropshipping is the easiest and most affordable way to enter the rapidly growing eCommerce industry in the Philippines. With more people now shopping online, starting an eCommerce business is a great choice. Dropify handles all the hard work of managing inventories, warehousing, shipping your orders, handling returns, providing an automated business system, and offering educational materials to assist you. You only need to develop marketing skills.
The only downside of this type of business is the competition in the market, which would require hard work to learn marketing skills and patience in optimizing product listings. If you think you can endure hard work, then go ahead and start your dropshipping business with Dropify.
Stay subscribed for at least three months to see your desired results. You need to develop your store’s credibility, and three months should be enough time for that to happen, as long as you apply what I have mentioned above.
